Centrally located at the junction of US Highway 97 (a north and south route from Madras to Klamath Falls) and State Highway 20 (the east and west route from Idaho/Burns to Salem/Willamette Valley), Bend is easily accessible from all directions and is less than three hours southeast of Portland, along a route highlighted with scenic beauty.The race is held at the Wanoga Trail Complex about 20 minutes outside of town. Take Century Drive towards the Mt Bachelor Ski Area and turn into the Wanoga Sno-Park. The trails start at the south end of the parking area (left parking area).

CAMPING at MT Bachelor
There is on-site camping available in the Mt Bachelor parking lot for a small fee.
It is also legal to camp on US Forrest service land for up to 14 days. Additional camping can be found through out the high lakes recreational area as well as Tumalo Camp Grounds.
